"We contacted Dr. Dee’s after we were unsuccessful in clearing what we thought was a simple floor drain clog on our commercial property. He came out the next day and cleared the line with little to no trouble, then explained what he suspected was causing the issue. Several months later, we’ve had no ongoing problems. Fair price, fast response, and clear communication—thank you, Dr. Dee’s."

"We kept getting small leaks at our business in and around the water heater area. I contracted with Dr. Dee’s to replace the lines, suspecting it was just age or cheap copper at the time of installation. Dr. Dee’s agreed to replace the piping with thicker-wall copper and completed the work with no interruption to our store’s operations. He also added additional shutoffs and recommended rerouting the lines a bit. He then explained what helped the copper wear through so quickly—turbulence from circulating hot water, the location and shape of certain fittings, and even the mounting height of the circulating pump were all contributing factors. Repairs, convenience, and knowledgeable explanations were all included in the price! When you find a contractor of any trade that provides you with confidence, keep their number!"

"We called Dr. Dee’s in for a recurring restaurant restroom clog. He came in the next day, used his camera to pinpoint the problem, and provided pictures of what he found. Instead of immediately recommending expensive excavation, he suggested a wait-and-see approach in case it was caused by someone putting the wrong material down the line. About four weeks later, still no problems. We really appreciate the conservative approach, quality work, and quick response."
